Booking Terms and Cancellation Policy
- All reservations require full payment when the booking is made.
- On arrival we require a valid payment card to be kept on file for any additional charges incurred throughout your stay.
- Payment details will be kept securely on file 14 days after the original departure date of the reservation unless a future reservation with the same Guest Profile exists.
- Any extra guests must be paid for upon arrival.
- Cancellations outside of the below date ranges will incur a $25.00 cancellation fee, or you may choose to hold the full payment as a credit for a future booking. Credits are valid for 12 months from day of issuing. Cancellation within the following date ranges will result in forfeiture of the total payment. Off-peak seasons: 7 days prior to arrival. Peak seasons: 14 days prior to arrival.
- Peak seasons are Summer school holidays, Easter weekend, long weekends, and local or special events.
- Off-peak season is other periods outside peak season.
- Seasonal campaigns may be promoted with a non-refundable cancellation policy. Where applicable this will be clearly displayed in the rate details during the booking process.
- We do not refund for early departures, Covid or weather-related cancellations.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Any extension to a booking is subject to availability.
If there is an early departure prior, or late arrival to the reserved date, no refund will be made.
Registration
All parties must register at reception and not occupy any site until they have been signed in.
Arrival time
2.00pm at the earliest.
Departure time
10 am at the latest. Site must be vacated by this time.
Caravans/Motorhomes
All Caravans or Motorhomes must have a current electrical warrant of fitness. This is your responsibility, and electricity supply will be refused if conditions are not met.
Toilets
Chemical toilets must be emptied in the Dump Station. ( need to check which parks actually have a dump point.)
Tents
Electricity can only be connected through an approved transformer or RCD lead.
Sites
Sites are to accommodate a caravan/motorhome and awning and 1 vehicle, or 1 family tent (or 2 x 2-person tents) and 1 vehicle only. There are to be no extra tents on sites with caravans/motorhomes, awnings, or additional vehicles.
Speed
Speed within the domain area is 8kph. Always drive with care, there are lots of children around.
Visitors
Visitors are permitted at the management’s discretion. The registered guest is responsible for the behaviour of all persons/visitors whilst on the property. All deliberate or reckless acts that result in damage to our property and any costs associated with inappropriate behaviour resulting in loss of income to the park, will be charged to the registered guest. Visitors are to vacate the campground by 9pm or camp fees will apply.
Camp Facilities
These are for paying camp guests only. This does not include day visitors.
A visitor charge equal to a site fee will apply if visitors use camp facilities.
The use of all facilities by children must be under adult supervision.
Boats/Cars
The washing of boats/cars and the flushing of boat motors is not permitted within the park. Anyone found doing so, will be fined $200 per occurrence.
Fridges/Freezers
Please do not place alcohol, fish, or fish bait in the kitchen fridges or freezers. ( I dont think coonamble has a kitchen fridge.. would need to check )
Food must be clearly labelled with name and departure date. Food is left in fridges and freezers at your own risk.
Rubbish & Recycling
Stations are located throughout the park. Please take the time to recycle.
Damage
Any damage to camp property will be charged to guests, including damage caused by their visitors. The management will not be responsible for any loss, theft or damage of any guest’s property.
Fire Evacuation
Please take the time to read the procedure signage located in communal areas.
Fires/fireworks
Open fires within the park are prohibited at all times. This includes braziers, citronella torches, fireworks, charcoal and wood BBQ’s. BBQ’s must be electric or gas
Dogs
Dogs permitted in the park on sites only at the managers discretion. Dogs are not permitted in the cabins or glamping tents.
Behaviour/Noise
A good standard of behaviour is expected at all times.
No excessive drinking, parties, or loud music is permitted.
Complete quiet between 10.00 pm – 7.00 am

This park is managed by the Belgravia Group and adheres to the Belgravia Group Privacy Policy including communication and marketing, which can be accessed in full here: https://www.belgraviagroup.com.au/privacy-policy/We reserve the right to refuse entry and re-entry to the park for any person who ignores the rules of the park, and where necessary may refer the matter to police.
